why does this have to be so tempting? :| it's a good thing i'm on 754 and not 939, otherwise i'd probably bite (new mobo cost discourages me from buying 😀)

I needed a cheap 939 too.
 
I ordered one yesterday and did not receive a "shipped" email yet. I noticed this morning that the price was up to 164.30, so I guess they will not be shipping it. I emailed them to verify.

exact same stepping, i got it up to 2.9 ghz with my almost dead Ultra-d at 1.475 volts on a zalman 7k.
Ultra-D, 256 stick of hyperx pc3200 and some spare parts.
Cant beat this rig for the price i paid, which is around 160.

Yeah... I console myself for spending $99 on a 3200+ during the summer by overclocking it to hell... 🙁
