both are aboutt he same price now, whats the better option for overclocking. opty is slow but has a bigger cache

If Opterons are based on the E4 stepping, and new 3200+ Venices will be based on this as well, why does everyone keep saying they are going to suck at overclocking? I'd think that based on the chips that actually are on the E4 stepping, the new 3200+ Venices will overclock even better.
