My title says it all; everytime I power up my system, I'll have to hit the reset button once or twice to get it to post.
Now I have Prime95'd the machine, and played games, ripped DVD's, encoded what have you, and don't gey any ramdom crashes with would easily indicate too high of an overclock.
Is there anything I can do to correct the issue ( I even ran the system @ 2.4 and still had the same problem), any advice is appreciated.

I think you're problem is that you have 4 sticks of memory in. Try running with only 2 in dual channel. THat should make everything work fine. Or loosen timings/ make it 2t on the memory.

Yeah thats a good guess. Id bet its the 4 sticks of memory as well. If not its the motherboard or something. Strange ive never heard something boot up fine just after hitting a reset button.

I run my opty 144 @ 2.7ghz on stock volts with 2x512mb @ 250mhz(5:6 divider) TCCD memory with timings of 2.5-3-2-5-1t without any problems on my epox 9npa+ultra.
