Opteron 144\146 Best Stepping - Need some HELP

Hi all, Looking for an opteron that is has good OCable stepping. I looked into it awhile ago but dont have the time atm. I could do the foot work but also have access to crap internet. SO.. IF anyone can give me some good links or usable info that would be great. Thanks

Ive heard good things about the 0540 steppings for the 144/146. Heard they can hit about 2.7 on air and over 3 on water.
