Ok latly have have had major problems with my cable. Ping has been from perfect to horrible.. My cable provider have fixed their problems so my ping is now normal. BUT I still have long timeouts, ex.. playing UT I can sudenly have timeouts in several sec.. my OUTbound trafic is normal. but the inbound is like 20-40bites instead of 2000 or so. This is not just reflecting on my gaming, but also web browsing, downloads irc.. It is just like I sudenly loos connection to the internet, but the cable modem is showing that I'm stil hooked on.
so if there is anyone who know what this problem can be.. or know anyprogram that check your settings for errors plz let me know and take me out of this pain!
