Opportunity to move in with my bro...

My brother is currently living in a nice two-bedroom apartment, downtown. I've been given the opportunity to move in with him. I currently live in a four-bedroom townhouse with three other roommates.

Rent would be the same.

PROS FOR MOVING

Location. I much prefer being downtown where all the action is. This is a BIG pro.
Less roommates. I get along with all but one and she's a complete wise and beautiful woman.
I get along with my bro, and he's a total internet wizard. Lots of movies, games, etc.


CONS FOR MOVING

Moving sucks.
My house is really close to work.
My bro's apartment has no deck. I do.
My bro's apartment has no central air. I do.
Utility costs would be more.
I would have to pay for laundry as their machines are coin operated.

I lived with my brother for a couple summers. I wouldn't trade those times for all the money in the world. It wasn't the most comfortable arrangement sleeping on his couch with his cats, but we had an awesome time.
