Opportunity for another coop term?

So I took this semester off from school to work in a coop position. The coop has gone alright, nothing amazing. But another team today has expressed interest in me joining their group for the next semester in the spring. I am currently in a systems test position and I am not crazy about the work. The other group is in hardware emulation and it sounds really interesting to me. But I am not sold on the idea of spending a year out of school. I am a senior in computer engineering with 2 semesters left and I would like to just finish. Though at the same time, I could see emulation being interesting enough to me for a full time. However they said the coop work might be not as cool. What do you guys recommend?

Another point is the company isn't in a good financial situation at the moment and I'm not sure if a full time position would be available or practical for me. Also I planned on doing senior design next semester with some friends who are graduating in the spring.

CLIFF NOTES
Took semester off of school for coop.
Another group expressed interest and me staying for another semester.
Take opportunity or finish up school?

Pros:
Sounds really interesting (hardware emulation)
Provide good experience and a leg up on competition.
It's in a cool town.

Cons:
Delay graduation until spring 2014.
Can't do senior design with friends and they will graduate so I won't seem them again.
Kinda just want to graduate and get a full job.
Might not lead to full time position.

That's a tough one.

If the field and work is the type of job you want to get once you graduate then by all means take the coop. School will always be there, and you can still talk/visit friends. Opportunity isn't guaranteed.
