opnions on a heatsink and fan for FCPGA

i was wondering your guys thought on what is the best fan and heatsink for the flip chip. is peltier a good idea??

Spawn69, I would have to say the best cooler for FCPGA is the Alpha Pep66 w/ Y.S. Tech fans. Peltiers allow extreme cooling which is also and option but you would probably have to design you own peltier setup and condensation could also be a problem that you would have to take into consideration. cya

Get an Alpha PEP from 2cool.

Thermaltake GoldenOrb is also a good and cheaper choice.

If you don't need it right away, hold out for the Arctic Cooler coming in Sept.
