I have an epox 4sda+ with p4 1.6a. The system will not post at the default settings. I get an error code 3C "Expasnd compressed BIOS code to DRAM". I then have to set the cpu vcore jumper at +.10 to get the system going. The post screen hardware monitor shows the cpu vcore as only 1.16 volts. It's really amazing that the cpu will run at such low voltage. I have set the cpu voltage to 1.65, ddram vcore at 2.7, fsb at 132, and 4/5 ratio for memory using dip switches. I would like to replace the mobo or cpu under warranty. Any ideas where the problem is? Thanks to all who reply.

Looks like the board has a problem. You may try flashing to the latest BIOS (again, if you already have it) and see if that helps. Try different ram if possible. If nothing works, then RMA'ing the board is your best option. My 4SDA+ died on me a few weeks back. I should have a replacement in another 2 weeks.
