Opinions wanted on Carleton Sheets 'No Money Down' course

Hi, I just wanted to get some opinions on the No Money Down tapes from Carleton Sheets.
Did you enjoy them?
Are you implementing the strategies you learned?
Are they valid strategies, or are they some far fetched ideas where all the planets would have to be aligned before it would work out?
Is this a good way to begin REI (Real Estate Investing?)
