There is a convertible 98 Mustang Cobra on my local CL that I have a bit of interest in. I think it could be had for a good price, and I have been wanting a convertible for kicks.

This one has damage on the back quarter panel, that in itself is no huge issue, I know a body guy who does nice work for a reasonable price that I would trust with that part. My concern is that the more I look at the pic, the more it looks like the rear axle is tweaked, which probably makes it not worthwhile for me.

EDIT: I have yet to see it in person, so thats why I want opinions. If it is tweaked I don't want to deal with CL flakes more than I have too, if its questionable, I will go ahead and try to pin a deal down on it.

Any thoughts?

Yea, I can kinda see it too but I can't say for sure tho, could just be the angle of the pic.

If the axle turns out to be fine, there might still be another issue. Again, it could be the angle of the pic, but I can't really tell if the damage goes past the gas door. If it does, it could also mean damage to the filler neck.
