Opinions please

Needs a tad bit more organizational work on the wiring. Maybe some twisty ties or some plastic bands.
 
I agree with the wiring. The cables seem to be fine (it's kind of hard to see in the pics), but try to route the small wires out of sight, if possible, and definitely ty-wrap/ziptie them up, since they generally don't look good. Heck, you could even sleeve them if you're ambitious.
