I still like anything Thermalright makes, still use the SLK900A. ZALMAN also seems to have quite a large following but I haven't read much about them. Swifttech also seems to have some good concepts but I'm still not sure how much I like aluminum pins, should make those copper. Any others?

Terms of fans I still like the idea about owning a Vantec Tornado, but can't get myself to buy one. In case you haven't heard one you can hear it here: http://lib1.store.vip.sc5.yahoo.com/lib/casecooler/tornadosnd.wav

Aerocool(Turbine) and Thermaltake(Starforce) have some good ones as well. Anyone know any other powerful fans? Or powerful fans with DB levels from the 40's or <?

Panaflo is probably the way to go. I just oredered a pair of the 120mm "high" fans, it says it runs at roughly 105CFM at 40ish DB.
