Opinions on this Thermaltake 120MM fan

These are cheap and claim high CFM @ low dB. I've got a SuperLanBoy with the factory fans in there. Those do the job but it seems like these puppies would move some serious air while being pretty quiet. I'm sure its not quite 21dB @ 78cfm, but anything close to 78cfm below 30dB works for me. Thanks

Lies. I think there was some discussion on these boards that those fans are highly over rated. You'd be best off to get some Yate Loons.

This comes up all the time, Thermaltakes specs are outright lies; 78CFM @ 21 dbA is not possible.

I got them today, installed them, and wow.. they are so nice. they definately dont push 71 cfm, more about 50-60 at about a 25db. (just with my ears listening). with all 4 fans in my p180.. temps dropped dramatically, motherboard temp down to 35C from 40s, GPU down to low 40s from mid 50s, Hard drives down to high 20s/low 30s.

For $4 bucks each these were so worth it. Ive traced back what has been making the most noise in my system, my stock 7800GTX fan (omg its a lawn mower at boot) and my cpu fan (a 46db panaflo =P)
