I have a brown leather diesel watch that I use for casual/nice and it gets compliments. I'm looking though for a black leather watch that is a bit more refined/classic styling. You can find this watch for $100

I like this one, but I'm still 25 and lack the wisdom of atot nerds ; ). Is this a watch that would be appropriate for nice affairs - interviews/weddings/fancy steak houses?

I have one that is styled similarly from them.

Usually I prefer purchasing round versus the rectangular style case, but there was an eco-drive chronograph that came up for sale for $60 so I snagged it.

Pros:
Relatively good fit and finish. The bracelet that came with mine had a good weight and didn't seem too cheap.
Holds time well. It's a quartz, of course it does, but mine was also solar powered
Chrono
Pretty dressy

Cons:
Very thin. I'm used to 42mm + sized cases, and the citizen is somewhere around 30mm wide. It just looks...small.

Honestly, I like mine but it was just way too small for me so I gave it to a friend. depending on your wrist size and your preference for watches, it might work for you.

Edit: do you have a preference for round vs rectangular? I have a few very nice dressier looking watches that I really like, but I prefer more of a diver style watch.

editedit: not sure how much you care about watches, but here's a couple websites that you can look through to get a feel of what you might like.

I have a Coach watch that's nearly identical. I love it and get plenty of compliments on it as well.
