Opinions on Step-Thermodynamics??

I always thought they were way overpriced. I checked out thier site a couple days ago and their o/c t-bird prices seem pretty competitive. Even the prices on the motherboard they're selling are very fair (for awhile they were selling the Pro 2A for $99).

I'm just curious if there is some reason you don't hear much about them on these forums...are they evil, unreliable, or do they smell bad?

They have one entry on resellerrating for STEP-Thermo...it was positive. Doesn't tell me much.

they are the worst company i have ever dealt with

they remarked their ram. it was regulat MT -8 pc 100 cas 3 and they sold it as pc 133 cas 2

the proc I bought didn't work
after the runarounds, i finally got things straightened out

but the ram was still the wrong type.
and they were hard to deal with

take your chance if you want
i'd stay away from them
