I can buy a eureka 4870 from costco for $150.. or big lots for $90. Costco has a lifetime return policy... and the one from big lots is a refurb

worth the $60 for the lifetime return?

I got a refurb Dyson from Amazon. It works perfectly. I also got a refurb Onkyo stereo from eCost and that too has been perfect. The Onkyo had a paper inside stating it was a cosmetic refurb so it probably wasn't broken too badly.

Definitely, with a vacuum cleaner.

really?

most vacuums I've seen last at least 5-10 years... granted that's just from what I've seen... I had a panasonic that was ~10 years old before by g/f let it break (long story..)... my mom has an old eureka that's going on 10 years... grandma's oreck never had great suction, but it never broke either...
