Opinions on OCZ value memory?

I just got this memory at frys (1GB):

I was wondering if this memory would be okay for over clocking? I got a 3.2E and was wondering if this would be sufficient. My goal is to over clock to 3.6 with air cooling. Just wondering if this is sufficient or would I need to get PC4000. Thanks.

I have some OCZ value memory that clocks nicely. It can do 240fsb with default timings.

My experience with OCZ memory is that it tends to be rated pretty conservatively.

I have some OCZ PC2700 2-2-2 v3.2 memory that runs 2-2-2 to 180 MHz, and it runs 2-3-2 until I max out my FSB at 205 MHz.

I wouldn't guarantee 225 MHz, but you have a good chance of getting there, I think.
