Opinions on new CPU/case fans

I currently use 2 stock case fans, one in one out, and a Vantec Tornado fan on my CPU. I've had it with the tornado. It's just too loud (56db!) I have room for 1 more intake fan, one more output fan and I want to just replace my CPU fan. The tornado keeps my CPU at 40c while idle, which seems about right. So if anyone knows a couple of good case fans and an extremely good CPU fan that's quieter (preferably <30db) then please help me out.
 
for cpu fan, go zalman. their super quiet and perform very well. as for case fans, go wtih antec, aerocool, and thermaltake. their good. thermaltake are also very good hsf makers, but cost more imo.
