1: As i saved the money for this rig for quite some time now, i don't plan on changing the parts far to often, for how long do you think this configuration will last approximately (that i can play new games on at least medium-high detail at 1080p resolution)
2: What brand of gtx 760 do you think is the best?

Can you answer the questions posed in this thread? Especially budget.

Ofcourse

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

Mostly Gaming.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

My budget is 1000e

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

Serbia

4. IF you're buying parts OUTSIDE the US, please post a link to the vendor you'll be buying from.
We can't be expected to scour the internet on your behalf, chasing down deals in your specific country... Again, help us, help YOU.

the prices are listed in RSD, here's a link to a currency converter

5. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.

Intel/nVidia

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

I plan on building a brand new pc

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

I plan to overclock when there's a need to

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using?

1920x1080

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?

In a couple of weeks

X. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software?

No

OK, so you have about 115,000 RSD to spend? Your picks look reasonable at first glance, but let's see if we can do better.

i5 4670K 24.3k RSD
ASRock Z87 Pro3 12.0k RSD - solid single-GPU board for much less than the GD65
Patriot DDR3 1600 8GB 5.6k RSD - no need for fancy RAM, DDR3 1600 1.5V kits are all very close to each other in terms of performance
Sapphire 7970 3GB 36.8k RSD - I know you expressed an Nvidia preference, but the 7970 is really quite a lot faster than the GTX 760
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 11.5k RSD - you'll find that 60GB is too small in the long term
WD Blue 1TB 6.9k RSD
Lite-ON DVD Burner 1.6k RSD
Thermaltake Smart 630W 7.1k RSD - Thermaltake units aren't great, but they're serviceable and the least expensive Seasonic was 3 times the price.
Fractal Design Core 3000 7.2k RSD - there's nothing particularly wrong with the Thermaltake you picked out, but going slightly cheaper allows you to spend more on parts that impact performance
Thermaltake Contac 30 3.0k RSD - the single fan version is more than sufficient for a "overclocking someday" machine
