Opinions on my budget build

Hello, I'd like to first say that my computer knowledge is fairly limited so I wanted your opinions of my setup. Basically, I am building a budget pc that will be used for the usual things like browsing the web, listening to music, etc. I moderately play games (hl2/cs source being the most graphics intense). Finally, I'm trying to keep it in the price range of 650-750. This is what I've chosen so far:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3

GPU: EVGA GeForce 7600gt

PSU: XCLIO Goodpower 500W

Memory: Corsair ValueSelect 2GB

HD: Western Digital Caviar 160GB

CD/DVD-R: LITE-ON Black 20X

Case: Cooler Master Centurion

Total: $680.83

The problem I'm having is choosing the mobo. Based on the price and the reviews, the gigabyte I chose seems like a good deal. However, I'm wondering if there are better mobos out there with a similar price.

Thanks for the help

Switch the board to GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R like Blain said, also, wait for the 22nd and get E6750. It will be cheaper and work a little faster. No reason to get 667mhz ram for that much, you might as well get 800mhz, this kit is only $63 after rebate or $98 before. With the money saved on CPU and RAM you can go up to 7900GS by EVGA, which nearly doubles the performance of 7600GT.

Good luck!.

I hope Corsair cuts me some slack on my DDR2 XMS2 rebate...
Rebate time frames = 21 days after purchase and mailed by 07/02/07.
I got it mailed on 06/30/07, but that was 22 days after purchase date. 😱
