Opinions on Colorado Springs?

I'm going out for a job interview in the near future to Colorado Springs. Any opinions on the city? Is it crowded? Traffic? Polluted? Expensive...etc
 
They smoke a lot of pot there, especially in neighboring Manitou Springs. Seemed like a cool city. Not too far from Denver, which is cool.

j/k it's ok. it's a heavily religious city. giant mega churches everywhere. downtown is crowded. constant road work on i-25 (which runs through everything). not polluted. expensive in part, cheap in others. gorgeous views of the rockies, pikes peak. easy access to the mountains. 45 minutes from cripple creak, a gambling town.
 
the springs is colorado's right wing town. boulder is colorado's left wing town. i've only visited a few times but it seems very nice & clean. great views for sure.
