Has anyone used BounceBack Pro? I have had two hard drives fail in the last five years, and want to start a real backup system. 1. I want a program to automatically backup to an external harddrive. 2. I would like the backup to be a complete clone. Thus, if my main drive fails suddenly, I would like to simply open my computer and remove it, and put in the external backup as a seamless replacement.

BounceBack Pro says is it does exactly this... I tried cloning a drive a while ago with Ghost and had problems... it made the clone drive G:, so when I swapped the drives it booted as G:, and then none of the programs would work because they were all looking program file on C:

Will BounceBack make the clone C:???
Will the clone work with Windows XP revalidation requirement... i.e. will it work for 30 days while I am supposed to call, or will it not work at all???

I have looked at other programs, but they don't say they do the above. I want a simple XP based program to make and update a seamless clone backup... oh yeh, BounceBack also say I can view the backup drive as a regular drive and pick individual files from it (it isn't just one big compressed file...

Appreciate any input
