Opinions on Biostar M7VKB ?

I am looking at buying a Tbird 900 with this board for upgrading my Mothers Celery 333. Any thoughts on it? Are they pretty stable? It won't be overclocked or anything.

I have that board, its pretty decent and stable, in fact most of the reviews I had read on it gave it pretty high scores. As far as o/c'ing it all you can change is the fsb.
