I help run a site that is looking into moving to a dedicated server as we are growing pretty fast and getting the extra drive space would help now.

We are looking to spend a max of $150/month for it and want "the best" under 150. I emailed pair networks but theyre stuff is a bit too high (and they wont let us run a chat program which we would like to do). I would prefer to find a hosting company that caters to larger "high volume sites" liek pair does for a few people.

And before you ask I have searched webhostingtalk but all they say is do a search to which I have not found any good recommendations yet so I figured I would ask here.

Also I want to find a "managed" dedicated host. And reliability/support is our #1 concern.

No.. my name has nothing to do with the "arod" name. I hate the yankees as much as the next guy. My real name is Aaron Rodriguez and was called "arod" back in gradeschool (about the time the real arod started playing professional ball). I do need to change it because I always get asked that.
