opinions needed: hp ze4630us

i purchased this today from best buy. i would like some peoples opinions on this machine. it is unopened so i have 14 days to decide if i should keep it.

it will do exactly what i want (which i am ok with, but maybe would like some suggestions on alternates in the same price range) for ~$950 after rebate.

does anyone have suggestions on comparable models? (if i could afford, well, maybe justify it, i would spring for the emachines 6805, but i don't game all that much, especially when i am out).

take it back, you can get a better on AT best buy by user the laptop configure tool they have setup there. There is the NEW hp z series that you can get with a 64 3000 and gforce go4 gfx for that same price.

this notebook was 699 after rebate last month...i would return it and look around for it if you really want it for 1k you can get better specs

Keep it! It should work very well for everything except gaming.
