Looks like Eurocom will have the 6990m in their 'racer' line next week. Their prices are reasonable, but I've never heard of them and, quite honestly, don't believe half the BS I read on the internets......
Any one have any experience with Eurocom?
I'm 95% sure I want to sell my 2 desktops, my m4500 & my m4400 and go with a single, high end laptop. I do REVIT, CAD, 3dsMAX and an occasional game here and there. I would like to go with 15" for portability ( I will be plugged into large displays at home or in the office 99% of the time and will store most of my data in the cloud )
I am finding that the quadro cards are not worth the money and will go with a high end gamer card (or maybe a firepro)....
All of my software uses CPU power more than GPU, so I will probably spurge and get whatever XM sandy bridge chip is available.
I don't mind spending $3k, but I dont want to waste it......
