Opinions for a good digital camera

I want to buy a good digital camera im not too worried about price just as long as it isnt in the thousands...I'm just looking for opinions...give me links and stuff

DPReview is your best bet. You can compare features between different models. Once you've narrowed it down to a couple, make sure you visit the forums, and check out what the owners have posted. That will give you the most realistic idea of what you'll be getting.

You might want to be more specific.
I'd recommend the digitial rebel from canon.
It isnt in the thousands. It is one thousand dollars MSRP. Much cheaper if you look around.

I like my Sony F-717. I got it for 450 bucks, but you can probably find it a little cheaper by now.
