Opinions - Best DDR Board

I am building a new system: 1.2 GHZ T-bird, 512mb PC2100 RAM. I am leaning toward the MSI board. Any Comments?

Epox-8k7a Very nice board, heard a lot of good things about it. all the overclocking options. only 2 DDR DIMMs ( ~129 )
Epox-8k7a+ yet to come, same as the top but with RAID controller ( price not known yet )
Gigabyte-7DXR yet to come also, very good board indeed, with all the overclocking options, 3 DDR DIMMs( ~199 )

I ordered 2x256MB DDR RAM and the Epox-8k7a yesterday. Any suggestions on which Thunderbird, fan, and case I should buy? Thanks.
