Opinions about the Shuttle AB45?

I'm was looking for a 845e motherboard and newegg lists the Shuttle AB45 on their site. I haven't found any info on this board on anandtech or google. Anyone have this board or knows about it? It's the cheapest 845e board they have. I plan to hook up a p4 2.4b with it.
