Opinion on Thermalright SK-7 and Vantec Stealth Van

Hi all, I was wondering if I could get an opinion on cooling an Athlon XP 2100+ with the above mentioned setup (SK-7 and Vantec 80mm Stealth Van). I'm new to cooling Athlons and want a very quiet setup. I will not be doing any overclocking, just want to run the processor at its stock speed. Can anyone tell me if this is a reasonable solution? Will it cool better than the Stock AMD processor and will it be much quieter?

I don't have any experience with Athlons, I was hoping I could get some opinions.

I did a search and some people recommened the Vantec stealth with some other heatsinks, but not specifically this one. Also, wasn't sure about the difference in processor speed (I think it was 1800+ vs. 2100+) and if that would create an issue with the Vantec fan.

That setup will be fine. I run a few SK7's with higher speed fans, with stock speeds, that combo will cool quite nicely.
