I'm going to rob an old xp2000 out of a computer for a cheap internet build out of spare parts. I want to buy a processor to bump up the speed of one or two of my computers and am a bit lost on the best way to go.

The xp2000 is coming out of computer #1: shuttle xpc sn45g, 756gb pc3200
computer #2: shuttle an35ultra,xp2800 333, 1gb buffalo pc3200 all stock, no oc'ing because I oc'd this one to multiple deaths before I got #3 and my son will kill me if I say OC.
Computer #3: shuttle an35ultra, xp2500 756mb buffalo pc3200 oc'd to 400fsb.

Option#1:
Buy an xp3000 or xp3200 at 400mhz oem and install in computer #2, Which is better value no oc? to pretty much max out the mobo/combo at cpu and fsb.
move the Computer #2 2800 to the computer #1 xpc and be done with it.

or

Option#2
Buy an xp3000 or xp3200 at 400mhz oem and install in computer #2, Which is better value no oc? to pretty much max out the mobo/combo at cpu and fsb.
Move the xp2500 from computer #3 to computer #1xpc at 333 or better ( dosen't really need to be it's pretty much a internet and office computer)
Move the xp2800 from computer #3 to computer #2 and try to oc the crap out of it to get it higher than I could with the xp2500. Can I get higher?

or

Option #3
throw an mp somthing into the mix somewhere?

Just curious what others would do?

I want to keep these three working about a year or so before I move one or two up to new generation
