Opinion/advice needed for this barebone system

Since I don't know how to OC,so I probably won't attempt it.

CPU: AMD64 3200+ 939 socket
Video Card: X800XL (which make is better?)
Memory: Value Ram 1GB
HD: Maxtor 200GB diamond max sata /w 16MB cache
Motherboard: ?
Case: ?

I am clueless as to what motherboard and case to get (I just want one with a good ethernet on board and doesn't bottleneck system performance, and has decent upgrade potential), AGP or PCI-E I have no clue either. I also don't know what case to get. But I don't think I need a very good one since I am not going to OC. It's also important that the system is quiet.

The case is really based on your own personal preference. If you want a really quiet PC, the Antec Sonata is pretty nice, but it's a little pricey. I would recommend an nForce4 Ultra board with PCI-E. Since you're not overclocking, this EpoX nForce4 Ultra board is a nice, cheap, board if you don't need FireWire. If you want even MORE awesome features, the MSI Neo-4 Platinum is an excellent board, but it's ~$140. Also, make sure you have a good PSU from a reputable manufacturer.

If you're going to get an X800XL, get a PCI-e motherboard rather than AGP. The X800XL is significantly cheaper in PCI-e version and you'll have more upgrade options in PCI-e over time.

I like the Antec suggestion from t3h l337 n3wb. When you're getting a case and powersupply, antec has some good deals.

If you want even more silence than sonata, check out the antec SLK-3000b and a Seasonic S12 series powersupply. For a non-overclocked system, a 330 or 380watt version would be fine.

There are also cheaper Antec case/psu combos like the 1650 that would work just fine as well.

There are plenty of non-antec option too, but I like what they have to offer.
