Hi all,
sorry for being such a newbie, but I have been out of the loop of anything CPU-related for a while, and I was wondering whether ALL 2500+ mobile bartons run in socket a mobos, and whether all of them have 1,45 vcore voltage...
The reason I ask is because all german online shops I checked specifically state some BS under "misc. specifications" of the Barton XP-M 2500+ that these CPUs dont run in desktop systems... and there seem to be different packages, one of them is called OPGA.. I searched for "OPGA" on the forums but it didnt yield any results, so sorry again if this has been asked tons of times...
I was also wondering whether "XP-M 2500+" is the official name of these bartons, and whether there are any XP-Ms based on different cores...
thanks in advance,
Waldpfifferling
