well, i hate to tell ya but they may have something of a leg to stand on. It may be bad now but my prediction is that a Democratic Admin will make the situation even worse... so in that sense, yes, they could be blamed for dropping the ball.

But let's place the blame here and now on who it really falls on: Rumsfeld, aka Wormtongue.
