Operating temp for a Leadtek 5950 Ultra video card?

What should be a safe peak temp this card should be running at while playing 3D games???

My critial temp is set to 100c in winfox.
My fan and voltage monitor don't work in winfox so I don't think my fan speeds up when running 3D games and I think the temp gets close to 90c. GPU temp idles at 42c and ambient at 36c with in windows.
 
90C? Ouch, can you RMA that sucker for one with a working fan? Maybe switch to a 9800 XT? 90C doesn't sound healthy to me, sounds like permanent damage zone. At the very least I'd contact leadtek and find out what the thermal rating is on those.
