As an Opera user, I'll go on the record and say that Avant! (IE) is pretty decent as far as IE goes. Opera just has more polish and a few more features though.

Tons of features are found in Opera that cannot be found anywhere else at the moment. Opera is probably the most powerful browser in the world. By the way Tabbed Browsing was an Opera Invention that was avalable years before Mozilla decided to make it part of their browser. It will be many more years before they add features of Opera and add them to Firefiox.
