Question Opera browser becomes very slow after enabling synchronization.

When I enable synchronization with an Opera account in the Opera browser, some websites — for example www. ilmweb.pl/ — take over a minute to load. Before enabling synchronization with the Opera account, all websites load quickly. After enabling synchronization with the Opera account and disabling all extensions in Opera, some websites still take over a minute to load. After disabling synchronization in Opera and uninstalling all extensions, some websites still take over a minute to load. The Opera browser loads all websites quickly only before synchronization is enabled. Even when the browser is cluttered with extensions, it loads all websites quickly as long as synchronization is disabled. Once synchronization is enabled in Opera, disabling it later does not help. Some websites will always take over a minute to load unless the following folders are deleted: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Opera Software\ and C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\ However, a year ago the Opera browser loaded all websites quickly even with synchronization enabled. The Opera browser is 64-bit, running on 64-bit Windows 10 Pro 22H2.
