Opera and Chrome issues

In latest version of Opera it takes a long time to load product images on newegg's site. Long as in 15-20 seconds.

In Chrome if I click a link that I had to scroll down the page to see and then click back, it doesn't take me back to where the link was on the page. It starts back at the top of the page so I have scroll back down to see anything past the link I clicked.
 
Browsing these forums with Chrome, I know when you hit the back button, you have to wait for the page to get done loading before it will pop back to where you were on the page.
