OpenVPN on Windows 10 . Connection bypasses the VPN

Cyberghost on software that an error while installing . so i installed the openvpn and used the Cyberghost config files. It connects fine. And if i check my ip, its the vpn servers ip. But if i load a blocked site (like imgurl ) , i still get an error. It seems , still data is being transferred outside the vpn. Same solution worked on Windows 8.1 just fine.
is this a known problem? how can i solve it?

Changing the DNS worked . But DNS reuqests not being asked over vpn is weird.
