OpenSSH on Red Hat 7.2

I have the ISOs burned for Red Hat Linux 7.2, but a friend of mine tells me that the SSH that comes with Red Hat isn't very secure. How do I put OpenSSH on RH7? I haven't installed it yet, so I can do it while installing. Here are the stats of the machine:

P1-233
32 MB RAM
4GB HDD
32X CDROM
USB Mouse
HP DJ 656c
10/100 ethernet

It is OpenSSH as far as I know, but the version that came on RH 7.2 was old and contained some bad code. Anyhow, check RedHat's ftp, they have a patched rpm up there somewhere. It may be an "old" version #, 3.1 I think, but it should be patched.
