Opening Wordperfect Files on Mac OS X

Simple problem, not so simple of a solution:

I want to open Wordperfect files on my Mac. I need to be able to copy text from them. I have found a few options, but I am not sure which is best:

NeoOffice
LibreOffice
WordPerfect Document Viewer (LawBox LLC)
WPD Reader : WordPerfect document reader (RootRise Tech)
WordPerfect Document Reader (Deng Xin Bei)

Does anyone have personal experience with any of these apps?

Any other thoughts?

If you only have a few an online converter might be an option rather than installing software to do it. There are sites that do the conversion for free.

I have 12 years worth of files from my prior office that used WordPerfect. I am now using Word, but want to be able to read the WP files without having to launch Windows in a virtual machine every time.
