Page 42 of the maintenance manual tells how to access the memory card. One of the required screws to be removed is under a sticker, and opening it voids the warranty should that be important.
Apologies, yes I was, there are clips along the edge of that case. You can see them pretty clearly on the clos eup pic by the QR code. I bent those slightly back around the whole thing and then used a small flathead and pried it upwards, very little pressure and it popped off.
That particular laptop runs a SODIMM RAM. I replaced the 4GB DDR4 with a 16 GB from Corsair.
The disk drive which was 500GB was raplced with a 240 GB SSD from Aireye.
