after posting on various strata forums with no luck, i figure i may as well ask here...
I use Strata 3D on a Mac and render animations as quick time. The problem is... first, I put my file to a zip disk. I even name the file with a .MOV extension. The PC recognizes the file as quick time when I open it from the zip. quick time reads it fine from the zip disk but not after I copy the same exact file to the hard drive of the PC. The program specifically says it can't open it and doesn't recognize it. (I try to rename the extension once on the hard drive through the properties button but no luck.)
I only have access to Strata 3D on MAC which I have made all the animations for a PC platform project made in Director so i need to find a way to get the animations to work! i've tried all the different compression formats strata offered, half of them are not recongnized at all by PC and the rest that are, i have the zip disc problem with
HELP!
