Opening Ports!!

I have Coyote Linux on my server, which uses ipchains. Anyway, I need to open up some ports, and I'm not sure what the "chains" are to do this. I need to have TCP ports 4661 and 4662 open, and UDP port 4665. I've tried adapting different examples I've found on the net, but the ports still aren't open. Thanks in advance!
