Opening Ports in W7

I'm playing Borderlands - or at least trying to - and I cannot forward any ports to my machine. I've set up the proper page in my Tomato firmware on a WRT54GL and disabled Windows firewall, even and yet I still cannot get these ports to open. Anything using UPNP WILL open, however.

Gah.
 
How are you testing this? Some SOHO routers won't allow testing of open ports from INSIDE your own network. You have to test it from outside your router.
