opening an account with paypal, need advice

Only times i've had problems is when someone uses stolen cc#'s. You get the shaft on that end but you just have to be suspicious and make sure people are verified users. Other than that i've been going 2 years without any other problems.

Yes, making sure you only deal with verified people is the key. No problem here after 2 years.

I haven't had a problem with Paypal in my years of usage. You are allowed two Paypal accounts (Premiere and Personal). So you can direct credit card based payments to your Premiere account and non-credit card payments to your personal account. This is handy if you only want to use the Premiere account when you are selling a large $ item.

Question on verification: Does anyone know if you can link the ING Direct savings account to your Paypal account?

The first time someone sends you funds that were funded by a Credit Card, they will ask you to upgrade to Premiere account before accepting the funds.
