Opening all files in subdirectories in Windows 7?

In Windows XP if you wanted to view all files within the subfolders of a folder, you could right click it, click search, and it'll list all files in there.

However there doesn't seem to be a way to do this in Windows 7..or is there?

Type * in the search box in that folder? Maybe NOT:folder if you want to exclude folders (I think the syntax is correct on that one).
