Opening a Computer Troubleshooters franchise: Good or Bad Idea?

Anyone know about Computer Troubleshooters franchises that won't be said on the company website?
 
I vote bad idea. I think you could do better opening your own shop then becoming a franchise.


I.E. you'll get beaten by the bigger guys like Dell either way
 
Yeah. I think it's the same idea as Nerds on Site without the little car. Geeks on Call was a name I thought I had thought of, oh well.
