OpenGL problems in Q3A

After having a completely stable system for over a year, I bought a new faster/bigger harddrive, MB and processor. Went from a T-Bird 900 on an Asus A7V to a 1.4 on an Asus A7M266. I tried two seperate installs. One with WinME another with Win2K. Went back to WinME due to driver issues with my Game Theater XP. When I run Q3A now, the graphics are terrible with ripped textures.

I installed the latest point release for Q3A with a fresh install of WinME using the latest VIA 4-in-1's . This setup was rock solid until I moved to this new MB/Processor/HD combo. It has been so long ago that I set everything up, I was wondering if there is an OpenGL dll available to fix this. I am currently running the Radeon 7184 drivers (have tried 7189 and 7199 with no improvements). The 7184's were on my old setup and worked great for me.

Also, Aliens Vs Pretator2 hangs up during the mission intro forcing a reboot. Is the Lithtec engine for this game OpenGl? I tried both DX8.0a and DX8.1 with no luck. Using DX8.0a with this current setup.

Any suggestions?
